   Anyone stationed in Gelnhausen between Nov. 72 and 73..at the
   medical dispensary..Sgt Vargas was the sarg in command…others there at the same time was Dr, Johnston & Richardson and medics Al Daniel, Little Joe Rorick(?)
   Fitch, Ron, Woosley, etc

   grew up in Kaiserslautern from 1966- 1985 when I married and moved to the states. My father retired from the army in the 1970′s and my parents still live there. A day hardly goes by without thinking of K town. We new a lot of people from Panzer,Kleber, Vogelweh, Ramstein etc. I used to go to the Capri Club, the Wagon Wheel, the Kazabra club at Vogelweh , and the High life club in K town. Would love to hear from folks that were there from oh say 1979-1985.. scor0156@yahoo.com

   Draftee in 1953, trained in AAA at Fort Full O’Bliss, assigned to Hq Btry, 27th AAA Bn at Vogelweh Kaserne (now Kapaun Barracks), Aug ’53. Check out photos I left behind of mess-hall at ‘www.USAREUR 34th AAA Brigade.com. Looking for websites with similar photos.

   I was at Kapaun Barracks from 74-75. Was a driver for Colonel Lampross (32nd Grp). I was 18 yrs. old. Lots of good memories.

   If anybody served in the Army in Vogelweh, Germany from 1974-1976 and worked at the Medical Dispensaries or Military Police Stations, I would like to know. I was a medic at the 540th and 913th. My husband Al worked at the MP station.

   I was at the Medical Supply Depot in Vogelweh from 1966 to 1968. Spent almost 3 years in Germany. Had a great time. Now living in Louisiana.

   I was here from ’69 to ’71, 37th Trans. Gp. Not to bad of an outfit. The shopping community was set up well. Did not enjoy this tour as well as others, but that is OK. We had some real good fastpitch teams. I retired in ’86 after 23 yrs.
