I lived in Marshal Heights during those years and remember your brother John very well. We drank a lot of beer and ate a ton of Gasthaus pizza; he was really a great friend. I also remember when Bill went back to the States early. Please give your family my best.

  6. There is a Facebook page now for families who lived in Marshall Heights in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. It is quite active and has a great number of pictures on it. I’ve enjoyed it a great deal myself. There is also one for Harvey Bks if you are so inclined.

My parents (Skip and Liz Skipton), brother (Geoffrey) and I (Charlie) lived in 330 from 76 to 80. Good years — formative years.

  7. Looking for anyone who was living in Marhsall Heights from 1971 to 1974. We lived in building 326 L-5 The Sartin family from Mississippi.

    • Mitzi, my wife, Marietta and I and our two small children(at that time) were there in marshall heights from July 72-Aug 73. We lived in the middle stairwell in the middle building at the top of the hill to left, second building in. We were on the third floor and we had a yellow VW squareback stationwagon. We enjoyed our time there and at Harvey Barracks. I was the legal officer for the 2d Brigade at Harvey and my bosses were Col Eaton and Col Bell. JW.

  8. Looking for Junior Fletcher that lived in Marshall Heights in building 321 L-3 from 1982 to 1984. He had several sisters and drove an old thunderbird. I lived above him and our families were friends. If anyone knows him or his sisters please email me.

    Thanks,
    E. Allen
