  6. I was stationed at Coleman Barracks from 1965 to 1967. I was in Bravo Company 2Bn./13th Inf. Our Company was situated next to the road that ran along the front fenceline down near the front gate. Near our unit was the 8th/8th Med. Brigade Headquarters was further down the fenceline across from the parade grounds. I enjoyed my time there, It was like nothing else I had ever experienced stateside. I didn’t even mind Baumholder, Grafenwohr, Ulms, Fulda nor Wildflecken when we were there for training exercises. “GO PATHFINDERS 8TH INF. DIV.”

  11. Looking for anyone who served with HQ 205th Transportation Battalion 1966

  12. I was there from June ’73 to November ’74 serving as Chaplains’ Assitant. It often struck me as quirky that, even though the chaple was part of the base, the entrance to it was off-base. It was about a 10-minute walk from my barracks to the chaple via the rear base entrance/exit, just a half block up from it to the right. I’ve never been back, but it has stayed with me, and I do plan to return. Cheers to Father Luke and Chaplain Pond!

  13. I was stationed 735 Medical Detatachment.1976-1980. yes I was lucky because I did not have any field gear at all. Saw alot wild and crazy things happen while I was CQ. I missed Germany when I left and if I ever have the chance to return I will return without thinking twice. Cpt.Puckett was the CMD ,, Cpt David P.George was the Flight Surgeon. Others asigned were Donald “Joe” Johnson, Matt was assigned to the 3rd/ 8th Cav. Thats all I can remember now, until later .

According to 2 searchpage the one in Florida passed away in 2005 when he was 74 yrs old. But it shows 2 relatives.
One in Alabama under Ray Estes passed away in 2009 at age 87. Shows 1 relative.

Those are the only 2 that show up when I do a nationwide search. Sorry.
